We started in the community with our Eat and Educate program. demonstrating, and explaining the benefits of a whole plant food approach to eating. We continue til this day teaching while feeding from our locations as well as traveling to inner city communities sharing the good news that food heals. We continue to dispel the myth that eating healthy is out of reach for some communities. We consider the word community an action word, a call to duty, So don’t be surprise if you catch us at your local food pantry, community garden or a classroom doing a cooking demo.
